Do you offer international shipping?

Can I track my order?

We offer a 30-day return policy. However, due to food safety reasons, chocolates, candies, and other consumable items cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds are issued only for eligible returns or approved cases such as damaged or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.
All orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Timeframes:
Standard Shipping (FREE): Delivery within 3–7 business days (depending on your location). FREE for all U.S. orders.
Expedited Shipping (Available at Checkout): Delivery within 2–4 business days. Rates will be shown during checkout based on your shipping address.
Order Tracking:

Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
