Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page or by email. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
