Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status at any time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. However, due to food safety reasons, chocolates, candies, and other consumable items cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only for eligible returns or approved cases such as damaged or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Timeframes:
Standard Shipping (FREE): Delivery within 3–7 business days (depending on your location). FREE for all U.S. orders.
Expedited Shipping (Available at Checkout): Delivery within 2–4 business days. Rates will be shown during checkout based on your shipping address.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime by visiting our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
Missing or Damaged Items:
If your order is missing items or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensure you receive the products you need.
